Ginger & Broccoli Sauted Salad

Serves 2

  • 1 tbsp. chopped ginger
  • 200g broccoli, cut into similar sized florets
  • 1 small red onion, diced
  • 1-2 tbsp. soya sauce

Into a wok or non-stick frying pan, add 1 tbsp. water and ginger. Saute briefly then add the broccoli and onion. Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes, until almost tender. Add the soya sauce and serve with grilled chicken, fish, salmon or tofu.

Optional: This is particularly nice served with Seared Thai Salmon (see Fish).
