Grilled Fruit with Muesli Yoghurt

Serves 4

  • 8 ripe nectarines
  • 2-3 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 400g tubs of Greek style yoghurt with toasted muesli

Preheat grill on high. Line a baking tray with foil. Place fruit cut side up, drizzle with honey to lightly coat and sprinkle evenly with cinnamon. Grill until syrup bubbles and fruit begins to char. Serve warm with dollops of yoghurt and muesli mix.

Optional: Substitute nectarines for pears, peaches or whatever fruit is
in season. Nearly any Greek yoghurt combination works with this.
