Seared Thai Salmon
- 1 tbs. macadamia nut oil
- 2 salmon steaks
- 1-2 tbs. Thai red curry paste
Rub curry paste over the salmon. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan and cook the salmon for 4-5 minutes each side, turning only once, until cooked through.
