Makes 3 waffles
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup nut butter (almond, peanut or nut butter of choice)
- 1 tbsp. Stevia
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Place all ingredients into a large bowl and using an electric beater, beat until thoroughly combined.
When your waffle iron is ready, pour one-third the mixture over the irons and cook until ready, 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve with a simple Berry Couli and dollop of coconut yoghurt.
