This is a fantastic book for basic vegetarian and vegan recipe ideas. In particular the VEGAN scones and various curries! Thank you, I have now bought another copy for my daughter.

Recipes look good, and I love the concept, unfortunately I'm allergic to Stevia and artificial sweeteners. Salmon, fresh fish and steak, pork etc are unaffordable on a pension, and large quantities are impossible to divide. A book for singles - not just Keto - would be great.
The only way I have been able to simply and easily use keto to lose weight is with this book, I have a number of keto cook books but this one is amazing, I only eat from this book, strictly, and lost 20kg at a pace that was amazingly fast, every week I lost 2-3 kg, my last meal for the day I would choose either a desert or a few fat bombs, would recommend this to anyone, there is a wide verity of foods to choose from, but be aware keto is not vegetarian or vegan

Another good 4 Ingredients book with simple ingredients and flavoursome recipes
I gave this book to my granddaughter who is trying to cook and eat vegetarian meals. With a helpful list of basic vegan and vegetarian staples she is enough joking cooking some of the recipes. As they are simple and not requiring numerous ingredients, this book is invaluable for those cooking these type of meals.

I am really impressed with this book, has everything within and many interesting ideas for meals. I am new to diabetes, so was at a loss what to eat or not to eat. Exciting meals are within this little book and very happy for purchasing it. It will certainly help me in my diabetes eating journey.
