If this book was in colour like the other ones I would be more enthusiastic about it....
I normally buy books as I trust the recipes more, but I would honestly just recommend googling some easy diabetes recipes instead, you are more likely to find something you enjoy.
There are limited recipes in this book for the price you pay.
