Queensland New South Wales are set to face off for another year in the State of Origin. The two states have been battling since the 80s, with diehard fans gathering to cheer on their teams! As a proud QUEENSLANDER, I love to prepare a feast of finger foods and gather with friends and family to watch the games. Here are 4 of my favourite savoury snacks to make for State of Origin nights.
Sausage Rolls
You can’t beat a classic sausage roll! You can make these go even further by adding in extra veggies; my personal favourite is adding zucchini and onion. Or a sensational combination of grated apple and cheddar cheese!!!
Wings with Curry Honey Glaze
Wings are always welcomed when watching the game, so why not try a little different flavour? These Wings With Curry Honey Glaze are incredibly delicious and will please a crowd!

Caramelized Onion Sausages
Get the BBQ out and make these fantastic Caramelized Onion Sausages! It’s as simple as cooking sausages and onion and putting them together. The key to BBQing sausages is to cook them on high for just a few minutes to char the meat, then turn down the heat and cook slowly until done.
