Chicken Parmy Balls

Serves 16 meatballs


  • 500 grams chicken mince
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons red onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
  • 495g jar Pasta sauce
  • ½ cup Parmesan


  • In a large bowl, mix the mince, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley and half the Parmesan.
  • Season with sea salt and cracked pepper.
  • Form into balls.
  • When the mixture is all gone, add to a non-stick frying pan and over a medium heat cook until just golden.
  • Add the pasta sauce, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Serve in the pan with remaining Parmesan and scattered basil leaves.
