Chicken Parmy Balls
Serves 16 meatballs
Ingredients
- 500 grams chicken mince
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons red onion finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
- 495g jar Pasta sauce
- ½ cup Parmesan
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the mince, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley and half the Parmesan.
- Season with sea salt and cracked pepper.
- Form into balls.
- When the mixture is all gone, add to a non-stick frying pan and over a medium heat cook until just golden.
- Add the pasta sauce, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Serve in the pan with remaining Parmesan and scattered basil leaves.
