Cinnamon & Banana Porridge

Cinnamon & Banana Porridge

Serves 2 serves


  • 1 small banana
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • cups almond milk


  • In a small saucepan, mash the banana.
  • Add cinnamon and stir to combine.
  • Add the oats and milk and a pinch of sea salt and stirring, bring to a gentle boil.
  • Reduce the heat, and cook, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes.
  • Add a little water or extra milk if required to reach desired consistency.
  • Remove from heat. Cover and stand for 5 minutes (porridge will cool and thicken slightly).
  • Transfer to a bowl and top with desired ingredients. Enjoy immediately.
