Easy Macaroni Cheese

Serves 4 people


  • 400g packet macaroni
  • 1/3 cup cream
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 150 grams cheddar cheese grated


  • Cook the macaroni in a large sauce of boiling water for 6 minutes or until al dente.
  • Drain and return to the saucepan.
  • Add the cream, milk and cheese to the pan, stir over a low heat until the cheese melts and the mixture is thick and coats the pasta.
