Easy Macaroni Cheese
Serves 4 people
Ingredients
- 400g packet macaroni
- 1/3 cup cream
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 150 grams cheddar cheese grated
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni in a large sauce of boiling water for 6 minutes or until al dente.
- Drain and return to the saucepan.
- Add the cream, milk and cheese to the pan, stir over a low heat until the cheese melts and the mixture is thick and coats the pasta.
