Fluffy Cheese Omelette

Serves 2 Servings


  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1 teaspoon freshly chopped parsely
  • 1 tablespoon butter


  • In a bowl, beat the eggs.
  • Then whisk in 3 tablespoons of cold water, the cheese and parsley.
  • In a non-stick frying pan, over medium heat, melt the butter.
  • When foaming, pour in the egg mixture.
  • Reduce the heat to low and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until the mixture looks set and is golden underneath.
  • Use a spatula to carefully fold one side of the omelette over the filling.
  • Cook for 1 minutes more.
  • Cut the omelette in half to serve.

Recipe Notes

Optional: Serve scattered with fresh herbs.
