Fluffy Cheese Omelette
Serves 2 Servings
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1 teaspoon freshly chopped parsely
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the eggs.
- Then whisk in 3 tablespoons of cold water, the cheese and parsley.
- In a non-stick frying pan, over medium heat, melt the butter.
- When foaming, pour in the egg mixture.
- Reduce the heat to low and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until the mixture looks set and is golden underneath.
- Use a spatula to carefully fold one side of the omelette over the filling.
- Cook for 1 minutes more.
- Cut the omelette in half to serve.
