Keto Cheesecake Bombs
Serves 12 bombs
Ingredients
- 115 grams cream cheese
- 1/4 cup Natural Peanut Butter
- 1 tablespoon stevia
- 80 grams dark chocolate (60%+) grated
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, peanut butter and stevia.
- Stir until well combined.
- Chill for 10 minutes.
- Using a teaspoon and damp hands; roll into small balls.
- Gently sprinkle and roll into grated chocolate to coat.
- Refrigerate to set.
