Salmon Flan
Serves 4 servings
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 415 grams pink salmon
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Line a 22cm pie dish with baking paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs.
- Add the sour cream, season with cracked pepper and whisk to combine.
- Add the salmon and Parmesan and mix well.
- Pour into the prepared dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
