2-Ingredient Cupcakes
Serves 12 cupcakes
Ingredients
- 340g packet vanilla cake mix
- 1 cup anything carbonated (I use creaming soda)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Into a large bowl, pour the cake mix. Then add the soda.
- Stir together with a wooden spoon until combined.
- Line a 12-hole cupcake tin with papers and spoon the mixture evenly among each.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
- Stand in pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
