3-Ingredient Pulled Beef

Serves 8 serves


  • 3 cups beef stock
  • 1 packet French onion soup mix
  • 1.5kg chuck roast


  • Place the stock and soup mix into a slow cooker bowl, stir until combined.
  • Place the beef into the liquid. Season with cracked pepper.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
  • Using 2 forks, shred the beef IN the slow cooker, mixing it through the yummy gravy that results.
  • Use in pies, sandwiches or as a main meal with mashed potatoes and steamed greens.
