Ingredients
- 3 large zucchinis halved
- 3 tablespoons chives chopped
- 3 cups Vegetable stock
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Season zucchinis, then roast in a 180C oven for 10 minutes; then slice.
- Slice zucchinis into thirds.
- Add zucchinis, chives, lemon juice and zest and stock to the blender.
- Set blender to ‘VELOUTE’ (fine soup function).
- Press START.
- Come back when it’s all Done.
