Baby BLTs
Serves 12 servings
Ingredients
- 12 bake-at-home dinner rolls
- 6 rashers rindless bacon
- 2 small tomatoes sliced thinly
- 1/4 iceberg lecttuce shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Place bread rolls on a tray and cut lengthways without cutting all the way through.
- Bake for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cut the bacon in half and cook in a large, non-stick frying pan until crisp.
- Just before serving, fill the rolls with bacon, lettuce and tomato.

Optional Brush rolls with mayonnaise or BBQ sauce before filling.
