Bacon & Egg Pie
Serves 4 serves
Ingredients
- 4 slices sandwich bread crusts removed
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup chopped ham
- cheddar cheese grated
- herbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat pie maker.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs.
- Press (gently) a slice of buttered bread (butter side down) into the trays.
- Add the chopped ham to the egg mix and season generously.
- Pour the eggs into the trays (over the bread)
- Sprinkle grated cheese over (optional)
- Cook for 8 minutes.
