Bacon & Egg Pie

Serves 4 serves


  • 4 slices sandwich bread crusts removed
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped ham
  • cheddar cheese grated
  • herbs (optional)


  • Preheat pie maker.
  • In a bowl, beat the eggs.
  • Press (gently) a slice of buttered bread (butter side down) into the trays.
  • Add the chopped ham to the egg mix and season generously.
  • Pour the eggs into the trays (over the bread)
  • Sprinkle grated cheese over (optional)
  • Cook for 8 minutes.
