Bailey's Dip

Serves 8 servings


  • 1/4 cup Bailey's Irish Cream Liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 250 grams sour cream
  • 500 grams strawberries


  • In a bowl, mix together the Bailey's, brown sugar, and sour cream until nice and smooth.
  • Spoon into a serving dish and serve with fresh strawberries for dipping.

Recipe Notes

Tip: To make your own Homemade Bailey’s, take 2 cans (400g) evaporated milk, 1 can (400g) condensed milk, 1 cup whisky, and ¼ teaspoon instant coffee dissolved in 1 tablespoon of boiling water and blend together. Bottle in a tightly sealed container and refrigerate. Shake before using. Will keep for up to 2 months.
