Spag-Bol Log
Serves 2 logs
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry just thawed
- 2 tablespoons Gourmet Garden Italian Herbs
- 1 cup leftover spag-bol
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese grated
Instructions
- Onto your sheet of pastry, smear the Italian herbs, top with spag-bol sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
- Roll up into a big log and slice into 1 1/2 cm thick slices.
- Place on a paper-lined baking tray and bake in a preheated 180C oven for 20-25 minutes.
