Basic Cheesecake
Serves 8 serves
Ingredients
- 250 grams cream cheese softened
- 10 grams sachet gelatine
- 400 grams can of condensed milk
- bickie base (link to recipe below)
Instructions
- In medium bowl, with electric beaters, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the condensed milk and mix until well combined and lump free
- Dissolve the gelatine in 3 tablespoons of warm water, stirring vigorously until dissolved.
- Add this to the creamy mixture and stir well to incorporate.
- Pour into the following Bickie Base and refrigerate for at least 2 hours prior to serving, ensuring enough time for it to set.
Recipe Notes
Optional: Delicious covered with fresh strawberries and kiwi fruit or sprinkled with spices.
