Basic Cheesecake

Serves 8 serves


  • 250 grams cream cheese softened
  • 10 grams sachet gelatine
  • 400 grams can of condensed milk
  • bickie base (link to recipe below)


  • In medium bowl, with electric beaters, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add the condensed milk and mix until well combined and lump free
  • Dissolve the gelatine in 3 tablespoons of warm water, stirring vigorously until dissolved.
  • Add this to the creamy mixture and stir well to incorporate.
  • Pour into the following Bickie Base and refrigerate for at least 2 hours prior to serving, ensuring enough time for it to set.

Recipe Notes

Optional: Delicious covered with fresh strawberries and kiwi fruit or sprinkled with spices.
