Beef Stroganoff
Serves 4 Servings
Ingredients
- 500 grams beef strips
- 40 grams packet of beef stroganoff seasoning
- 200 grams cream cheese
- 200 grams mushrooms
Instructions
- Lightly brown the beef in a non-stick frying pan over a medium high heat.
- Add the seasoning and 1 cup (250ml) water, reduce heat and simmer for at least 1 hour.
- Stir in the cream cheese until a nice smooth sauce results.
- Add the mushrooms and simmer for a final 10 minutes.

Optional: this is a wonderful veggie smuggler, add peas, shallots and zucchini to this mix too.
