Beef Stroganoff

Serves 4 Servings


  • 500 grams beef strips
  • 40 grams packet of beef stroganoff seasoning
  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 200 grams mushrooms


  • Lightly brown the beef in a non-stick frying pan over a medium high heat.
  • Add the seasoning and 1 cup (250ml) water, reduce heat and simmer for at least 1 hour.
  • Stir in the cream cheese until a nice smooth sauce results.
  • Add the mushrooms and simmer for a final 10 minutes.

Recipe Notes

Optional: this is a wonderful veggie smuggler, add peas, shallots and zucchini to this mix too.
