3 slices Wholemeal bread crusts removed

1/2 cup (140g) tomato sauce

12 cocktail frankfurters (cheerios)

1/4 cup (60g) butter melted
Preheat oven 180C.
Line a tray with baking paper.
Gently pierce the frankfurters all over with a fork.
Using a rolling pin, roll out the slices of bread to flatten slightly.
Spread tomato sauce on the bread, then cut into quarters.
Place frankfurter diagonally on each quarter of bread. Bring up edges and secure with a toothpick.
Brush the bread liberally with the melted butter. Place onto prepared tray and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the bread is lightly browned and crispy.
Serve warm.
