Homemade Hummus
Serves 4 servings
Ingredients
- 400 grams can of chickpeas (dont drain)
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon tahini
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients, including juice from the chickpeas, into a food processor or blender.
- Season with sea salt and cracked pepper.
- Process until nice and smooth.
- Stopping to push the mix down onto the blades occasionally to ensure a creamy result.
Recipe Notes
Optional: Serve with a variety of fresh vegetable sticks and sprinkled with a little sweet paprika for colour.
