Carrot Cake Porridge

Carrot Cake Porridge

Serves 1 serve


  • cup oats
  • 3 tbsp. grated carrot
  • 1 tbsp. chopped walnuts
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup


  • Into a small saucepan place ⅓ cup oats and ¾ cup water.
  • Bring to a gentle boil and cook for 5 minutes, stirring often.
  • Reduce heat, added 3 tbsp. grated carrot, 1 tbsp. chopped walnuts and 2 tbsp. pure maple syrup and stir.
  • Cook for 4 minutes or until tender and creamy.
  • Serve with additional chopped walnuts and pure maple syrup. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon if you have.
