Chicken Tikka Masala
Serves 8 servings
Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken thigh fillets diced
- 2 tablespoons tikka masala paste
- 420g can condensed tomato soup
- 2 tablespoons natural yoghurt
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander chopped
Instructions
- Place the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Combine the paste and soup, pour over the chicken, season with cracked pepper and mix well.
- Cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours.
- Just before serving, stir in yoghurt (add more to taste) and coriander.
Recipe Notes
Optional: Serve with rice to soak up the yummy sauce.
