Chilli Plum Meatballs
Serves 4 servings
Ingredients
- 500 grams pork mince (or chicken or turkey)
- 1 cup fresh coriander leaves and stems
- 250 gram (jar) plum sauce (I used SPC's Plum Sauce)
- 1/4 cup sweet chilli and ginger sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together pork mince and coriander and season with sea salt and cracked pepper.
- Using a generous tablespoon, roll into balls.
- Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium high heat and cook the balls until golden.
- Combine plum sauce and sweet chilli and ginger sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the meatballs and gently toss to coat.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes; tossing occasionally.

Optional: Serve over egg noodles, sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds.
