Choc Chip Cookies

Serves 12 cookies


  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • cups quick oats
  • cup raw peanut butter
  • ¼ cup vegan choc chips


  • Preheat to 180°C.
  • Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Mash the bananas and combine with remaining ingredients.
  • Roll a tablespoon of mixture into a ball and place on the tray.
  • Gently press with a fork.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
