Chocolate Crackles

Serves 24 serves


  • 200 grams milk or dark chocolate broken up
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 3 cups Coco Pops/Rice Bubbles


  • Line 24 mini muffins cups with paper liners.
  • In a large saucepan, combine the chocolate and butter and melt over medium-low heat.
  • Stir in the cereal, coating thoroughly.
  • Divide among the muffin cups and refrigerate for 2 hours to set.
