Mars Bar Rocky Road

Ingredients
- 400 grams milk or dark chocolate room temperature and broken
- 150 grams marshmallows
- 150 grams raspberry lollies
- 2 Mars bars chopped
Instructions
- Line a 20 x 30cm baking tray with baking paper.
- In a large microwave bowl, melt the chocolate in 30-second increments, stirring after each until nice and smooth.
- Add the remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
- Spoon the mixture evenly onto the baking tray and refrigerate for 40 minutes or until set.
- Cut into squares to serve.
