Mars Bar Rocky Road

Serves 8 serves


  • 400 grams milk or dark chocolate room temperature and broken
  • 150 grams marshmallows
  • 150 grams raspberry lollies
  • 2 Mars bars chopped


  • Line a 20 x 30cm baking tray with baking paper.
  • In a large microwave bowl, melt the chocolate in 30-second increments, stirring after each until nice and smooth.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and toss to coat.
  • Spoon the mixture evenly onto the baking tray and refrigerate for 40 minutes or until set.
  • Cut into squares to serve.
