2 Ingredient Chocolate Bread

Ingredients
- 4 cups full-fat chocolate ice cream
- 3 cups self-raising flour
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 160C.
- Lie a 23 x 13cm loaf tin with baking paper and set aside.
- Place softened ice cream in a bowl.
- Add flour and mix until just combined; do not over-beat or the dough will become tough when cooked.
- Spoon the mixture into the tin and distribute evenly.
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until a skewer pushed into the centre removes clean.
Recipe Notes
Optional: Top with a deliciously simple Chocolate Buttercream: Mix together 1/2 cup softened butter, 1 1/2 cups pure icing sugar, 2 tablespoons cacao powder and 2 tablespoons milk (or cream). This gorgeous icing can be piped or spread over the bread, scattered with chopped marshmallows.
