Apple Pie & Chia Pudding

Serves 1 serve


  • 1/2 cup natural greek yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1 medium apple diced
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon


  • Combine the yoghurt, seeds and cinnamon along with 1/3 cup water.
  • Cover and place in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight.
  • When ready to serve, microwave the diced apple with cinnamon for 2 to 3 minutes until soft.
  • Add the chia seed pudding, mix and enjoy.
