Cinnamon Chips with Salsa
Serves 10 serves
Ingredients
- 8 Mission tortilla wraps
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar
- 1 cup Greek vanilla bean yoghurt
Instructions
- Preheat oven 170C.
- Line a tray with baking paper.
- Brush each tortilla with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Cut each into eight wedges.
- Bake 5 to 7 minutes or just until crisp.
- Serve with yoghurt.

Optional: Serve with some fresh Strawberries.
Another great idea: Make a fabulously fresh Strawberry Salsa to accompany. Mix together 10 chopped strawberries, 1 chopped kiwi fruit, ½ lime, juiced and 1 teaspoon honey.
