Ginger Infused Silverside

Serves 8 people


  • 2.5 kilogram silverside fat removed, rinsed
  • 2 tablespoon Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Ginger
  • 1.25 litres ginger ale


  • Place the silverside into the slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle with lightly dried ginger and season with cracked pepper.
  • Pour over ginger ale.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or until silverside is soft to slice and succulent.
