Strawberry cheesecake

Serves 4 servings


  • 250 grams cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 500 grams fresh strawberries sliced
  • 8 butternut crunch biscuits crushed


  • This simply delicious dessert can be layered to form a whole cake or constructed into 4 individual timbale moulds.
  • Mix cream cheese and maple syrup together.
  • Layer cream cheese, strawberries and biscuits.
  • Top with a beautifully sliced strawberry.
