Choc-Banana Ice Cream

Serves 6 Serves


  • 4 bananas (sliced and frozen) (150g)
  • 4 tablespoons raw cacao powder (60g)
  • 1 cup coconut milk (250ml)


  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree
  • Serve immediately for a rich, creamy all-natural chocolate soft serve
  • Or pour mixture into a loaf tin lined with baking paper, cover with cling wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours or until set
