Tim Tam Truffles
Serves 24 truffles
Ingredients
- 1 packet Tim Tam biscuits
- 4 tablespoons cream cheese
- 200 grams chocolate melts your choice dark, milk or white
Instructions
- Line a tray with wax paper. Place Tim Tams into the thermo bowl (20 seconds, speed 6)
- Add the cream cheese (1 minute, speed 3). Or until combined, there should be no traces of white.
- Using a teaspoon roll into 24 balls, place on tray and refrigerate. Wash and dry the thermo bowl. Add the chocolate melts (2 minutes, 37°C, speed 3)
- Pour the chocolate into a large bowl. Using forks, dip the Tim Tam balls into the melted chocolate, allow excess chocolate to drip away. Place back onto the tray and when all are coated, refrigerate to set.
